Service Description
Plan, organize and manage business projects for client(s) Work on projects related to recruiting, payroll, production, marketing campaigns etc. Communicate with client(s) when needed Perform initial assessments for each client(s) before the project begins Collect information about the client(s) business Understand client(s) needs and wants Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc. Constantly recommend solutions for improvement Develop detailed Business Plans Track, Determine and Prepare the business KPIs
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require 24 hour notice & are subject $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation must be paid prior to booking a future appointment.
